Chateau Restaurant
The hotel, restaurant and café are closed from October 1, 2011. In connection with the end of the main tourist season the chateau and the carriage musem are closed as well. Park, equestrian club and the adjacent garden centre remain in operation. Currently we are waiting for a decision of the City of Prague Council on the future use of the premises.
The chateau restaurant offers high-quality menu based on the best traditions of Czech gastronomy. The team make use of traditional approaches to cooking and reinterprets them in accordance with the latest trends, using high-quality Czech ingredients without additives or preservatives.
Opening hours 2011: Mo -Sun 10am to 10pm.

The chateau restaurant's menu offers a range of tasty dishes, salads and hors d'oeuvres. Meat, fish, poultry and vegetarian dishes come with carefully selected side dishes.
The desserts menu offers unique specialties and thus deserves your special attention.

Our choice of drinks is bound to satisfy lovers of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages alike. We are mindful of our guests with special needs and offer alcohol-free beer; moreover, all coffees can be served caffeine-free.
Our wine list has two parts. The first part presents the best local wines from the Moravian production and the second part offers a wide range of wines from France, Italy, Spain and other countries.
